Understand what the app stores, what stays on your device, and how website measurement works.
Read the policy →Is Vizancia free?
Vizancia is free to download, and the current learning content, mini-games, and duels are included at no cost. If optional paid features are added in the future, they will be identified clearly.
Do I need an account?
No Vizancia account is required for lessons and games. Game Center sign-in is optional on supported Apple devices if you want to use multiplayer duels or leaderboards.
Which devices are supported?
Vizancia is available for iPhone and iPad on supported iOS versions, and for Android phones and tablets through Google Play. Check the relevant store listing for the current operating-system requirement.
Can I use Vizancia offline?
Lessons and most games work offline after the app is installed. Multiplayer duels, leaderboards, and the AI Sandbox require an internet connection.
What information does the mobile app collect?
The core app stores learning progress locally on your device and does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. Optional connected features have different network requirements. See the Privacy Policy for the complete, current explanation.
Where is my learning progress stored?
Progress such as XP, achievements, and streaks is stored locally on your device. Vizancia cannot view or restore this information. Deleting the app may remove locally stored progress, subject to any device backup you have enabled.
How do 1v1 duels work?
On supported Apple devices, Game Center can connect you with friends or other players. You can also practise against AI-controlled opponents at multiple difficulty levels. An internet connection is required for online matches.
How do I access the AI Sandbox?
The Sandbox is being offered through limited early access. Visit the Sandbox page to review the experience and request access.
What should I include in a bug report?
Include your device model, operating-system version, Vizancia version, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot or short screen recording is helpful when it does not contain private information.
How do I report an incorrect lesson or answer?
Email info@vizancia.ca with the lesson, game, or question title and a short explanation. Educational corrections are reviewed under our Editorial Policy.
How do I change website measurement preferences?
Use the “Privacy choices” button at the bottom of any website page. Declining optional measurement does not affect access to the site or mobile app.
Try a shorter search, or email info@vizancia.ca.
Still need a hand?
Send us the question, device details, and any relevant screenshots. A real person from the Vizancia team will review your message.
