How can we help?

Find a quick answer, troubleshoot a problem, or contact our team directly. We typically reply within two business days.

Is Vizancia free?

Vizancia is free to download, and the current learning content, mini-games, and eligible adult-profile Game Center features are included at no cost. If optional paid features are added in the future, they will be identified clearly.

Do I need an account?

No Vizancia account is required for lessons and games. On supported Apple devices, Game Center sign-in is optional and global leaderboards and online duels are limited to profiles that explicitly select Adult / Lifelong Learner.

Which devices are supported?

Vizancia 3.5 requires iOS 17.0 or later on iPhone and iPadOS 17.0 or later on iPad. Vizancia is also available for Android phones and tablets through Google Play; check that listing for the current Android requirement and feature set.

Can I use Vizancia offline?

On iOS 3.5, core lessons, games, Campus, avatar, and simulations work offline after installation. Optional Game Center leaderboards and online duels require a connection. The website-only AI Sandbox is separate from the app and also requires a connection.

What information does the mobile app collect?

The core app stores learning progress and any optional first name or nickname locally on your device and does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. Optional Game Center features have a separate Apple-operated data flow. See the Privacy Policy for the complete, current explanation.

Where is my learning progress stored?

Progress such as XP, achievements, and streaks is stored locally on your device. Vizancia cannot view or restore this information. Deleting the app may remove locally stored progress, subject to any device backup you have enabled.

How do 1v1 duels work?

Adult / Lifelong Learner profiles on supported Apple devices can optionally use Game Center to connect with friends or other players. Local practice against computer-controlled opponents is available at multiple difficulty levels. An internet connection is required for Game Center matches.

How do I access the AI Sandbox?

The AI Sandbox is a website-only experience, separate from the mobile app, and is being offered through adult-managed limited early access. It is not authorized for independent use by a child under 13. Visit the Sandbox page and Sandbox Safety Policy before requesting access.

How do I report an unsafe AI response?

Use the report control in the website-only Sandbox when it is available, or email info@vizancia.ca. Remove names, contact information, private images, and other unnecessary personal information before sending a report.

What should I include in a bug report?

Include your device model, operating-system version, Vizancia version, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot or short screen recording is helpful when it does not contain private information.

How do I report an incorrect lesson or answer?

Email info@vizancia.ca with the lesson, game, or question title and a short explanation. Educational corrections are reviewed under our Editorial Policy.

How do I change website measurement preferences?

Use the “Privacy choices” button at the bottom of any website page. Declining optional measurement does not affect access to the site or mobile app.
