Everyone should be able to learn here.

Vizancia is working toward a clear, keyboard-friendly, readable website and learning experience. This statement describes the target, current support, known limitations, and how to ask for help.

1. Our target

We use Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as the website design target. This is a goal, not a claim that every page or app feature currently conforms. The mobile app and website are different products with different platform components and testing needs.

2. Current website support

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, descriptive titles, link text, and native interactive controls.
  • A visible skip link and keyboard focus treatment on primary page systems.
  • Responsive layouts designed to reflow on narrow screens and at increased zoom.
  • Reduced-motion support and non-animated fallbacks for important content.
  • Higher-contrast small text, generous line height, and touch-friendly primary controls.
  • Printable activities that remove navigation and consent controls when printed.
  • Plain-language explanations of product and AI terminology.

3. Testing approach

Website changes are checked at desktop and mobile widths, with keyboard navigation, reduced-motion settings, automated link and structure checks, and browser visual review. Automated testing cannot replace assistive-technology and user testing, so findings are tracked as improvements rather than treated as proof of full conformance.

4. Known limitations

  • Some legacy legal and resource pages still repeat navigation and footer markup and require broader screen-reader testing.
  • Complex tables may require horizontal scrolling on narrow screens.
  • The public App Store listing does not yet identify verified app accessibility features.
  • App accessibility can vary by operating system, device, Game Center component, and mini-game interaction.
  • The Campus and Learn pages include real iOS 3.5 screenshots with text alternatives, but a fully captioned product-demo video is not yet available.

5. Feedback and assistance

Email info@vizancia.ca with the page or feature, device and browser, assistive technology if relevant, what you expected, and what blocked you. Do not include passwords or unnecessary personal information. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information in another format while investigating.
